Does this feel like you lately?
"Work already takes so much of me. Do I have to exhaust myself outside of it to stay strong?"
"I don't want anything intense, but still want to feel like I'm progressing."
"Can I create space just for myself, without needing to earn it?"
"I’m used to holding it together all day. Can I soften and still be capable?"
"Can I just be in my femininity for a moment, without needing to push or perform?"
"I just want to be a woman."
If any of this feels familiar, this space is for you. You're not alone. We begin gently, at your pace, with what your body needs right now.

About Nattie Yen (I'm just like you ❤︎)
I lead a team in a fast-paced tech startup in Singapore, where intensity and output often feel like everything. Being in my 30s made me pause and rethink what strength really means. Many of us have worked just as hard and fought as fiercely as men, yet it’s not always easy. Beyond the endless race to compete and win, I ponder on how strength can grow through femininity and softness.
Through my yoga teacher training and Buff Bones instructor training, I discovered that strength can come from softness. Some movements are slow, quiet, and deliberate, yet they build the resilience and focus we need for life.
I have to learn to honor my body, listen to my limits, and find tenacity in stillness (it's not easy sometimes, I feel you!) This journey has taught me that we can target what truly matters, strengthen quietly, and move through life with more ease and presence. I want to share those movements with others navigating demanding careers and busy lives.
